Do I need an appointment?Yes, this is a guided tour for your safety and the safety of our animals. You will be supervised at all times.

How many people can I bring?We keep time slots under 30 people.

What happens if I’m late?If you are later than 15 minutes after the start of your appointment you will need to reschedule; there are no refunds.

When should I show up to my appointment?We understand some people have a long drive and may show up earlier to ensure they beat traffic, please stay in your vehicles until 10 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

Weather Permitting PolicyWe understand how frustrating it is when we have to reschedule due to inclement weather, however the safety of our animals and guests is the most important thing to us. Unfortunately everything is outside; we will reschedule you for the next available time slot for your party. There are no refunds. If it's storming or raining day of we will reschedule, if the rain is scheduled to stop by the afternoon we will cancel the first tour and reschedule, then the second, then the third in hopes to keep reschedules minimum for all involved. If it rained the day and or night before we will keep the tour to the small enclosure. For safety reasons we will not be taking the wagon into the large enclosure due to risk of us getting stuck out there. There is no discount or refund for us being unable to safely take the wagon into the large enclosure.

Is this handicap accessible?Yes, however, there is a wagon ride for the second half of the tour. We would be more than willing to help you up on the wagon if you need assistance.

Do i get a refund?There are no refunds. We are a small business and all money that comes in goes directly to the animals. If your tour was cancelled we will reschedule you to a different day with no extra charge. Please be mindful this is an all outside experience so it is weather depending. We try our best to communicate any issues through email asap.
